I have been at USF since August 1997. I have had the privilege to teach courses from
the freshman to the graduate level. These include: BSC 1020 – The Biology of Humans;
MCB 3020 – General Microbiology; PCB 3063 – General Genetics (Both face-to-face and
online); PCB 4663 – Human Genetics; and MCB 5815 – Medical Mycology. I have also offered
courses through the Honors College, here in Tampa, and also in London, as part of
the USF Study Abroad program.
As of Summer 2018, I have taught about 24,000 students at this wonderful university. And it has been a pleasure and a blast! If you are a prospective student, please email me and I will provide you with more information about any of my courses.
You can also get a sense of the courses from the types of projects my students have produced over the years. The best ones are posted on my educational website.
