Melba Guzmán has been the Office Assistant for USF’s School of Music since 2019.  She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications in Advertising with a Minor in Public Relations from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Guzmán worked as the Press and Communication Director in the Medical Sciences Campus, University of Puerto Rico (UPR) as the News Paper Executive Director in University of Puerto Rico Central Administration (UPR). In addition, she collaborated Ad Honorem with the Body Donor Board, Comprehensive Cancer Center, Gastroenteric Cancer Collision and Puerto Rico Diabetic Center as a marketing and communications advisor.
