Vita

Edyth Hargis teaches courses in human resource management and international management, organizational behavior analysis, and conducts interpersonal effectiveness programs for students in the Executive MBA program at USF.

An instructor in the Management & Organization Department since 1981, Hargis has won several teaching awards, including USF's university-wide Outstanding Professor Award. She was also named by students to the Faculty Honor Guard and has been recognized by her peers for excellence in faculty instruction.

Her academic studies have been at the University of Utah and USF; she holds a BA in business administration and an MS in management. She has also completed a faculty development program in international business at the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Some of her consulting activities have included Wilson Learning Systems, USF, Saab/Barracuda, the National Productivity Board of Singapore and Singapore Airlines.
