To help meet the career goals of all aspiring education professions, we offer degree programs such as Education and Educational Studies that can be applied to broad range of careers within the field, including those beyond teaching in a traditional K-12 classroom.

Academic Minors

To serve individuals who choose another major while studying at USF but have decided to pursue a teaching career after graduation, we offer a minor in Education and a Professional Teaching Option that assist with meeting requirements set by the Florida Department of Education for earning an initial teaching certificate.
