Cristina Ramirez

Cristina Ramirez is the associate director for strategic online recruitment. She is an experienced higher education professional with more than 15 years of experience in strategic team and operations management. Ramirez is results driven and passionate for aligning people, processes, and technology for organizational excellence and exceptional customer experience.

Ramirez leads a team of professional recruiters who use customer-focused digital marketing and sales strategies to recruit new graduate students into select online programs. She also works closely with program directors and campus partners to design a recruitment strategy and processes tailored to each program that ensure a seamless customer experience.

She also participates in important campus-wide initiatives related to student talent acquisition, business processes, policies, procedures, strategic initiatives, and technology design and implementation.

Ramirez earned a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in project management from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. She also earned a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from USF.
