Course: EXP4404 Psychology of Learning

Students delved into researching "metacognition" and reporting their findings in this Psychology of Learning course developed by Dr. Otis Wilder. The unique aspect of this research process was student reflection on personal experiences in using and vetting content from the generative AI prompt provided by Claude.ai. This hands-on exploration exposed students to AI usage, taught them AI limitations, and stimulated critical thinking about human learning and knowledge in an AI-driven world. The assignment was positively received by students over three semesters, demonstrating its success in achieving learning outcomes and fostering a beneficial introduction to AI in academic settings.
