What Documents Do I Have To Submit?
There are several documents that may be required of you. They include but are not limited to:
- Federal Verification Worksheet(s). Independent and Dependent applicants must complete the online version of the verification worksheet in OASIS. Parents of dependent students will also complete and sign the parent verification worksheet.
- IRS Tax Return Transcript(s)
- For Non tax filers - W2s for each source of income earned from work
- Any other unsatisfied requirements listed in OASIS under 'Financial Aid', 'My Requirements, Bookstore Authorizations and Deferments'
NOTICE: Effective July 13, 2021, the U.S. Department of Education issued guidelines exempting some 2021-22 FAFSA filers selected for verification from that process. Beginning May 18, 2022, the U.S. Department of Education also issued guidelines exempting some 2022-23 FAFSA filers selected for verification from that process. As a result, we have waived documents that are no longer required to be submitted. Other documents may still be needed, so please review your requirements in OASIS to determine if you have unsatisfied requirements still pending.
