PLANNING TO STAY ON CAMPUS OVER BREAK?
- The deadline to fill out the Break Stay form in the Housing Portal is Wednesday, April 24 before 4 p.m. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any requests submitted after April 24.
- Break Stay Housing is not included in the cost of the Housing Agreement. There is
an additional cost based on the style of housing you live in.
Break Stay Rates*: - Beacon Double Traditional Room: $264.64
- Beacon Double Suite Room: $321.38
- Beacon Single Suite Room: $396.83 (only available for ADA accommodations)
*Rates may vary depending on the resident's Spring 2024 room assignment. The above rates represent a room change within Beacon.
NOTICE OF ENTRY:
Please be aware that if you are staying on campus over break and there is a vacancy
in your living space, there is a chance that housekeeping will need to enter your
room to clean the space for a new resident. Because this transition occurs during
a limited break/holiday period, we will not be able to postpone entry. We appreciate
everyone's cooperation and support as we seek to prepare our residence halls for our
returning residents and for new residents arriving for the spring semester.
