Overview

USF Research & Innovation promotes and supports the research and scholarly activities of faculty, staff and students, and strives to make USF a leading national research university. In the 2012-2013 fiscal year, USF earned $413.6 million in total research awards and contracts, and ranked 15th worldwide among universities granted U.S. patents. USF is ranked among the top 50 universities in the nation, public or private, for research expenditures.

Researchers and research administrators will find resources here to support and promote their work — from finding funding, submitting proposals, and managing grants, to patenting, licensing and spinning out new companies developed at USF.
