HIIT: Only have 30 minutes to get your sweat on? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the class for you. HIIT incorporates short bursts of high intensity work followed by active recovery periods. This class is a great way to switch up your cardio routine.
Turbo Kick® LIVE: Turbo Kick LIVE® combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training for an unbelievable calorie burn.
Strictly Strength: Strictly strength combines traditional strength training exercises with powerful plyometrics to drive your fitness to its full potential! Ready for a challenge? Check it out and take your strength to the max!
Core: Improve your core strength with this express class that focuses on the abdominals and lower back.
TRX®: Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
Bootcamp: Bootcamp is a high intensity workout that combines cardio and strength exercises to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling exhausted and exhilarated. This class is led by high energy coaches who will help you push yourself to new limits!
Total Body Conditioning: Get ready to sweat while you increase your muscular strength and endurance while also incorporating cardio movements! Total Body Conditioning will maximize your strength, agility, power and stamina as you use body weight and variety of equipment for optimal conditioning.
Power Yoga: Power Yoga combines Vinyasa style yoga with short bursts of muscle conditioning and cardio exercises. It is designed to help you move deeper into yoga poses and improve both strength and cardio. You will leave this class with a positive mind and a sweaty body!
