Housing charges are broken into three categories: application fees, rent payments,
and miscellaneous payments. An installment rent payment is considered one monthly
payment as listed in our Hall Rates. There is no need to sign up for a payment plan. Check our calendar and pay by the first of each month in order to break up the semester payments equally,
if you choose. Whether paying monthly, or all at once, make sure to pay all fall rent
by November 1 and all spring rent by March 1 to avoid any late fees.
All financial information including charges, balances, and deferment statuses can be viewed provided through the OASIS system. Within OASIS, the University's priority system will allocate payments toward tuition charges prior to housing charges. In order to meet housing payment deadlines related to move-in access, we suggest that residents utilize the Housing & Residential Education payment options below to pay housing charges.
