The Office of University Communications and Marketing is the primary source for news and information about the University of South Florida.
UCM is comprised of three teams: marketing, media relations and news.
The USF Marketing Team is responsible for managing the USF brand, developing and implementing advertising campaigns, coordinating the university's social media strategy, publishing major university publications, developing web content and coordinating internal communications efforts. Along with IT, the marketing team is also responsible for implementing the university's enterprise-wide CMS.
The USF Media Relations Team is responsible for promoting university news, coordinating media relations, managing crisis communications and handling public records requests.
The USF News team is responsible for producing university news stories, videos and slideshows, and for producing USF Magazine.
