Bio

Kenneth is an applied microeconomist in the economics department at University of South Florida. His fields of study are public sector and urban economics with current research on education, housing, and neighborhood quality. He obtained a Ph.D. in economics from Clemson University, and is a graduate of the Florida A&M School of Business and Industry.
