1. SEARCH FOR OPPORTUNITIES
All USF Public Solicitations should be viewed and responded to through the University of South Florida Public Solicitation Portal.
All opportunities are posted to the Solicitation Portal as well as the Florida Department of Management Services Site.
2. BE INVITED TO THE SOLICITATION EVENT
To view and respond to a Public Solicitation, Suppliers must be invited to register through USF’s Jagger Supplier Management System as self-registration is not enabled. Only one supplier representative per supplier may be registered to respond to solicitations.
Please e-mail Supplier Management or the event facilitator for an invitation to register.
If you have been invited to past solicitation events, or have previously registered as a USF supplier, you may be able to login to the Public Solicitation Portal using an existing user name and password.
3. RESPOND TO THE EVENT
Suppliers are solely responsible to read and understand the technical specifications and terms governing the public solicitation, including the event schedule. Please view our Navigation Guide for instructions on accessing event documents.
Only electronic responses through the USF Public Solicitation Portal entered prior to the close date and time will be accepted.
