Andrea Carroz is the communications and marketing manager for the USF Muma College of Business. She plans and executes marketing campaigns for the college's academic programs, as well as designs print and digital graphics and publications for college events, programs and the video wall.

Before joining the college in February 2024, Carroz worked as the communications and marketing officer for the Florida Center for Inclusive Communities at USF's College of Behavioral and Community Sciences. In that role, she designed and produced internal and external publications such as conference posters, banners, logos, reports, fact sheets, newsletters, brochures, event marketing collateral, websites, ADA compliance reviews, and more.

She earned a master’s degree in marketing from USF in 2023. She also holds a graduate certificate in creative writing from USF, as well as bachelor’s degrees in journalism and Spanish, and a graduate certificate in web design and online communications from the University of Florida. Before joining USF in December 2017, Carroz worked at a boutique design studio in St. Petersburg, where she designed a variety of print magazines for higher education, food, travel, and the Recording Academy’s Grammy magazine.
