Jael Doughty is a fiscal business analyst with the Muma College of Business. 

Her primary responsibilities include performing budget analysis and reconciliation for various programs that cross over the St. Petersburg and Tampa campuses, monitoring and reconciling payroll expenses, preparing budget and financial projections, preparing financial reports for management and accountable officers, and assisting the Muma College of Business dean’s office with managing fiscal resources.  She also serves as a liaison between the Muma College of Business and other USF departments providing support for office managers, directors and faculty.

Before coming to USF, she worked as an account manager for over 10 years managing high-profile manufacturing and retail clients before transitioning to accounting. Her most recent roles were as an accountant for TD Synnex in Clearwater, Florida and a part-time remote accountant and office manager for Botus Financial Services LLC in Dedham, Massachusetts.
