Kristi Hoskinson is the director of strategy and partnerships at the USF Muma College of Business. Reporting to the dean, she serves as the college's principal external partnerships liaison and turns college-wide strategy into coordinated action across multiple schools and centers.

Since joining the college in 2025, Hoskinson has created Muma's first comprehensive partnership registry, designed the college's first consolidated strategic planning process tied to USF Preeminence and state accountability metrics, and launched the Muma Values Council, the college's first values-based framework for recruiting, onboarding, and retention.

Her path to higher education started on the ice. She began as a cast member and line captain with Disney on Ice and within two years was promoted to performance director of the touring show. In 2012, she founded Totasola Wellness, a consulting firm that designed employee well-being strategy for hospital systems, insurers, construction firms, and education clients, including freelance work for Florida Blue. Her speaking work has taken her to the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas with Intel, Photokina in Cologne with Canon Europe, and Fort Drum with the United Service Organizations. She later directed digital and customer experience at FCCI Insurance Group, led the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce's CareerEdge Funders Collaborative with $650,000 a year in workforce grants, and served as assistant vice president of strategic initiatives at USF Sarasota-Manatee.

A SHRM Senior Certified Professional, she earned a bachelor's degree in health from Eastern Oregon University. She currently serves on the board of First Tee Sarasota/Manatee and has served in various leadership board-level positions with the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, CareerSource Suncoast, Team Tony Cancer Foundation, and Gamma Iota Sigma.
