Ver’Shanti Lamb serves as the business operations coordinator for the communications and marketing team at the USF Muma College of Business, where she manages daily operations that advance the department’s strategic objectives and streamline administrative processes.

Prior to her current role, Lamb worked as a student assistant at the college. There, she contributed to content creation, digital marketing initiatives, administrative support, and event coordination, providing hands-on experience in communications and business operations.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in criminology from the University of South Florida.
