David O’Neill is the director of the Bishop Center for Ethical Leadership. He received bachelor's degree and an MBA with a concentration in data analytics from USF. He has worked at USF since 2011, working his way up from part-time staff assistant to leading the center as of 2019. He is dedicated to building educational programs for professionals and college students that ready them to step up and into leadership roles at work and in life
