Staff and Admin Executive Council
Overview
The Staff and Administration Executive Council (SAEC) is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for staff, administration, and eligible OPS employees within the Muma College of Business. We strive to create opportunities for engagement, professional growth, and recognition while ensuring that employee voices are heard in shaping college policies and practices.

We serve as an elected body representing
- Staff
- Administration
- Non-student OPS employees with appointments of 50% or more
Our mission is to
- Promote activities and opportunities that enhance the quality of work life
- Provide a collaborative structure for employees to participate in shaping college policies, practices, and decisions affecting non-faculty members
- Increase awareness and access to professional development and well-being resources available on campus
- Recognize and celebrate accomplishments of represented employees at both the college and university levels
The council meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. These meetings provide an open forum for discussion and collaboration on matters impacting staff, administration, and OPS employees within the Muma College of Business.
