Michaela Avraham is a student at the University of South Florida pursuing a dual major in Finance and Personal Financial Planning. Originally from Bulgaria, Michaela developed an early interest in financial education after seeing firsthand how limited access to financial knowledge can impact individuals and families. Michaela serves as Head of Recruitment for Mu Nu Upsilon, USF’s professional fraternity for students interested in financial planning and financial services. Her professional experience includes an internship with Cyndeo Wealth Partners, where she is gaining hands-on experience in the wealth management industry. Michaela aspires to become a financial advisor and is passionate about using her knowledge and experience to educate others and help individuals make informed decisions about their financial futures.

Gianfranco Esposito

Gianfranco is a Master of Science in Fintech student at the University of South Florida. He founded the Alpha Chapter of Mu Nu Upsilon at USF, where he served as President and now mentors the next generation of financial planning students. His professional experience includes full-time roles at J.W. Cole Financial and Morgan Stanley, internships with Raymond James and J.W. Cole Financial, and serving as a Graduate Assistant for USF’s Personal Financial Planning Program. Gianfranco holds the ChFC®, RICP®, CSP®, and CFEI® designations and is currently working toward the CFP® certification. He is passionate about financial planning, advocacy, and financial literacy and hopes to use his experience and education to help others make informed financial decisions while continuing to build a career in wealth management.

Neil is a Junior dual majoring in Personal Financial Planning and Accountancy and Analytics. His passion for personal finance started at a young age when his grandfather introduced him to the stock market, and he continues to grow in this space through passing the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Exam and working towards obtaining his Certified Financial Planner® designation after graduation. Outside of finance, Neil enjoys golf, travel, and cooking.

Alex is a Senior studying Personal Financial Planning. Alex serves as the Chair of Mu Nu Upsilon, USF’s professional fraternity for students interested in financial planning and financial services. Alex also serves as the National Director of Growth for the organization. Additionally, Alex has experience leading financial planning teams as the Director of Financial Planning for the Investment Club at USF, helping guide members through real-world case studies and mock client presentations. His professional experience includes three internships in the wealth management industry. Alex has supported both the sales support and wealth management teams at J.W. Cole, and has interned the past two summers at Blue Trust in their Private Wealth and Family Office Divisions. Alex is passionate about helping students learn more about their personal finances and delivering financial literacy to all ages.

Sammy Mutter is a graduate of the University of South Florida’s Personal Financial Planning program and a current MBA student preparing for the CFP® exam. During her undergraduate career, she founded USF’s Future Business Leaders of America chapter, growing it from a single member into the largest collegiate FBLA chapter in Florida. Sammy currently serves as a Graduate Assistant with the Grow Financial Literacy & Planning Clinic, where she supports financial education and community engagement initiatives. She is passionate about financial education, leadership, and community impact. Her career interests include community banking and financial services, where she hopes to combine her financial knowledge with meaningful service to individuals and communities.
