Modern Accounting for a data-driven world
The Master of Science in Accountancy and Analytics program provides candidates with greater breadth and depth of knowledge in accountancy than is possible in the baccalaureate program. The program is designed to meet the increasing needs of business, government, and public accounting. The program may also be structured to satisfy the requirements to sit for the CPA examination in Florida. This a STEM-designated program, which permits international students to obtain three years of Optional Practical Training (OPT) in the United States.
Program Options
The Lynn Pippenger School of Accountancy Master of Science in Accountancy and Analytics program currently offers three specializations: assurance, corporate, and tax. Classes may be offered on either the Tampa or the St. Petersburg campuses. For classes that are not administered in an online format, students may need to commute between locations depending on course offerings each semester. Candidates are encouraged to select a primary campus when applying for the program based on the campus of the faculty from which they anticipate taking the majority of their classes. However, students will enjoy the flexibility of taking courses on the Tampa and St. Petersburg campuses as course offerings permit.
