Thank you for taking the time to explore our Marriage and Family Therapy M.S. degree at USF!

As the Director of the Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) program I look forward to meeting you and answering any questions you may have about the program and the field of MFT. I still clearly remember the excitement, stress and difficulty of researching and applying to graduate schools. I know selecting the right program has long-term implications for you and your future career.

We are committed to providing you with the information needed to make an informed decision about this important step in your professional development. Our website, faculty and staff are all set up to answer your questions and support you through the process of applying. I am confident that as you explore our program you will be as impressed with our curriculum, field placement experience, faculty and staff as I have been.

It has almost been two decades since my journey in the field of MFT began. I can honestly say my passion and excitement for helping couples and families has not diminished, but has only grown stronger. I continue to see couples in my private practice and find teaching and training the next generation of MFT’s to be an incredibly rewarding and important part of ensuring support for couples and families in our community. I hope you will consider applying and starting your own journey in the field of MFT by being a part of our new cohort in the Fall.
