RMHC Accreditation

RSA Scholar Logo

All RMHC graduates are eligible to apply for national certification with the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC). Applicants must pass a national examination to become a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). The designation of Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) is an indication of an advanced level of specialized education and training, an adherence to rigid standards of ethical practice, and an ongoing commitment to lifelong learning. Rehabilitation counselors who have earned the CRC designation possess a marketable and valued credential that distinguishes them from other counseling professionals. CRC certification also establishes a recognizable point of differentiation with employers and clients that promotes consumer confidence and protection in the workplace.

Benefits of CRC Certification
