Stipends

Full time K-12 educational interpreters and interpreters placed in schools by interpreting agencies are qualified to receive stipends that will cover half the cost of a EIPA registration fee.

The EIPA performance registration fee costs $365.00 and the stipend will cover $182.50 of the fee. If interpreters are interested in receiving a stipend, they may contact the EIP coordinator for a stipend.

The EIPA written registration fee costs $260.00 and the stipend will cover $130.00 of the fee. If interpreters are interested in receiving a stipend, they may contact the EIP coordinator for a stipend.

Interpreters who are placed in schools by agencies may contact the EIP coordinator for a stipend but the coordinator will contact their agencies to verify their employment.
