Scott Fontechia, MS, program coordinator of innovation and technology programs for LAUNCH at the University of South Florida, was named Reskilling Partner of the Year at the Imagine International Conference, hosted by Automation Anywhere in Orlando, Florida.

The annual global conference brings together leaders, developers, and innovators to share insights and celebrate achievements in robotic process automation (RPA).

LAUNCH has partnered with Automation Anywhere for more than five years to help adults with disabilities learn, practice, and apply RPA and artificial intelligence tools — building confidence, earning industry-recognized credentials, and gaining access to long-term career opportunities. LAUNCH is the exclusive partner trained and certified to educate and certify individuals with disabilities in RPA technologies.

“We are thrilled to share that our work was recognized on the global stage,” Fontechia said. “This recognition highlights our commitment to equipping individuals with disabilities with valuable RPA skills and industry-recognized credentials through our Automation Program and Tech2Work initiative.”

Fontechia also serves as a consultant to Automation Anywhere's leadership, helping make their curriculum more inclusive for learners with disabilities.

“The award is a powerful testament to the dedication of our staff, the hard work of the participants, and the impact of inclusive, tech-forward reskilling programs,” Fontechia said. “We are grateful to Automation Anywhere for this honor and look forward to continuing our mission to create a more accessible and equitable workforce — one automation at a time.”
