The USF Project Management Certificate program will teach you the tools and techniques needed to plan, execute, and close projects successfully. With this knowledge, you will be able to manage projects effectively, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.

What courses will I take? 

All three courses in the Project Management Certificate include real-world exercises where participants can practice and refine what they learn. Courses are taught by Project Management Professionals® (PMPs) with extensive project management application and industry experience.

COURSE 1:  Foundations of Modern Project Management

This introductory course shares vital information and insights into seven basic areas of project management, building a strong foundation for a career as an effective leader in the dynamic world of project management.

COURSE 2:  Leading Projects Through Execution

This class hones critical PM skills through interactive discussions of key topics: stakeholder management, leading teams, finance and financial planning, and basic process improvement tools and techniques.

COURSE 3:  Agile Project Management

This course, the program finale, walks participants through the seven steps of the Agile process and shows how to lead in an Agile environment that encourages accountability, teamwork and organization.

What will I earn? 

All three courses can be completed individually, earning a prestigious USF credential and one USF digital badge per course. OR Complete all three courses and earn the coveted USF PM Certificate credential.
