Course Structure
This proven and effective course is offered at USF Tampa on an open enrollment basis. No application required! Instructors are Project Management Professionals® (PMPs) with extensive project management application and educational experience in a variety of industries.

Who Should Attend?
Busy professionals who want to prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam and prefer an accelerated approach.

  • For those who are just starting out, it offers study guidelines, a framework for understanding how the exam is organized, and help in making plans to prepare for the PMP® exam.
  • Those in the middle of preparation will find guidance on program management issues and explanations of topics often tested on the exam.
  • If participants need that last push before taking the exam, this course provides exam tips and a good reference for key terms and topics that others have found difficult.

What You Will Learn
Participants will learn testing techniques and complete sample test questions that will help them pass the exam and obtain the PMP® designation.

What You Will Earn
The course applies toward the 35 hours of project management education requirement to sit for the PMP® exam.
