The USF ASTRA Center pioneers interdisciplinary research and innovation to advance human exploration, enhance health, optimize resource sustainability, and develop cutting-edge technologies benefiting both space missions and life on Earth.
Funding Strategy
USF ASTRA is preparing a major proposal to the NSF Science and Technology Centers (STC) program, while pursuing grants from NASA, TRISH, USDA, and others. Seed funding supports pilot projects, outreach, and building key collaborations.
