Research Project FInds New Home at GNSI/USF

The Study of Internal Conflict is a research initiative created by Dr. Chris Mason for the Strategic Studies Institute at the U.S. Army War College in 2014. SOIC is a global study into the causes and outcomes of internal conflicts since 1945. It's now hosted by GNSI.
