The Digital Learning team at Innovative Education offers a variety of programs to provide you with the tools and best practices to teach in a digital environment. Our goal is always to partner with you to develop engaging, high-quality courses that meet the needs of your students. Our assistance is available to University faculty who teach online and faculty who are seeking skills training on teaching and learning in a digital world.

DIGITAL LEARNING LIVE SUPPORT

Talk to us live in Teams through our Live Support ongoing session.
Hours: M-F, 11-3 (excluding holidays)

Live Support can help with matters specifically related to teaching online, such as using Canvas, setting up Teams sessions, online best practices consultation, etc. For IT support, however, contact help@usf.edu or IT Chat.
