MFA for VPN Frequently Asked Questions

To enhance the security of our systems, Multi-Factor Authentication has been added to the VPN and Remote Desktop login processes. Remote Desktop users need to log into VPN using MFA before starting a Remote Desktop session. This is the same Multi-Factor Authentication you may currently use to access GEMS, MyUSF, Teams, and many other applications.

To help the USF community with this transition, IT has created a Frequently Asked Questions page hosted on the new Information Technology Hub, our new resource for IT related information and news.
