RecWell Marketing & Media Request
USF Recreation & Wellness is pleased to present a unique advertising opportunity to your business or organization by advertising on our LCD TVs and LCD Display Boards that are located throughout our beautiful facilities.
Timeline Expectations
- Generally you can expect content to be displayed for up to (2) weeks. Exceptions may be made depending on the request and availability
- Please submit requests (1-2) weeks before requested display date.
Content Expectations
- University units and registered student groups may us the following gidelines for submitting requests. All materials must be in alignment with the University's policy on Brand Standards & Guidelines.
Accepted Submissions
- University units, services, and groups.
- All requests require prior RecWell approval.
Posters
Accepted Poster Dimensions: 8.5x11-inch posters
Prior approval is required and postings are installed on bulletin boards as space becomes available. Once posted, you can expect your poster to be up for 2 weeks, inless space allows for longer periods when applicable.

Digital Signage
Advertising via digital screens in our facilities is sustainable and effective way to communicate your information. RecWell has a variety of digital signage including:
- LCD TV's – 1400 x 1080 px
- LCD Cardio Displays – 1366 x 768 px
- Trooh Vertical Screens – 1400 x 1080px

Media Inquiry
Press/Media Clearance and Interviews
To obtain the required Press/Media Clearance and Interview Clearance, please contact the Assistant Director of Marketing, Brooke Rustad-Dinkel, at brookerustad@usf.edu.
General Communications Requests
- Media information requests.
- Request a promotional photo, illustration or video.
- Promotional requests, including organizational tabling in the facility.
- Request for sponsorship information and branding/publicity opportunities through USF
- Recreation & Wellness sponsorship.
- Request a speaker or presentation for an event or meeting.
Filming and Photography Inquiry
To take photos or record video inside any Recreation & Wellness Facility, please fill out our RecWell Marketing & Media Request Form.
All requests must be received at least five (5) business days in advance.
