Group Fitness

Our fantastic team of Group Fitness instructors is back for Fall 2020. We're staying virtual, shifting our platform from Instagram Live to Microsoft Teams. The schedule has been expanded, offering you a wider range of movement styles and instructors. Registration is required to obtain the link to each class (see below).

Take a Class

Any active member of Campus Recreation or person with an active Guest Pass may participate in Group Fitness classes at no charge. Online registration is required and opens 25 hours prior to the start of the class. You will receive an email containing the Microsoft Teams link to your virtual class. Enjoy.

Class Schedule

We offer a variety of movement styles, including Bootcamp, HIIT & Core, Yoga, and much more. Classes are led by our certified Group Fitness instructors.
