Sonocent Audio Notetaker
The Sonocent Audio Notetaker Program allows you to record class lectures and discussions from your computer, tablet, and phone. These recorded lectures allow you to highlight important content, delete unnecessary parts of a lecture, type notes while audio is recording, export audio files, and import PowerPoints, pictures, and drawings.
USF Sonocent Audio Notetaker Program
Student Accessibility Services on the Tampa campus has a limited number of Sonocent Notetaker Program licenses. Sonocent loan licenses are for one semester and check out priority is given to students with accommodations for notetaker and permission to record class lectures. To request to be placed in que for Sonocent, email a completed Sonocent Request Form to SAS-Tech@usf.edu.
Sonocent Link for iOS and Android Mobile APP
This is a free app for your smartphone or tablet that allows you to record with your mobile device, and transfer your recordings to your computer.
• Search for "Sonocent Link" on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Install the app on the phone or tablet you will use to take recordings.
• The first time you run the app you will be asked to log in. Sonocent will send you an email with login credentials for the app once you have activated your license agreement.
