Conduct impartial, thorough, and timely assessments, investigations, and resolutions
of student complaints in accordance with university policies.
III. Empower Students Through Support
Offer individualized supportive measures that preserve educational access and promote
student well-being, regardless of whether a formal complaint is filed.
IV. Educate the Campus Community
Develop and deliver educational programs and resources to help students understand
their rights, recognize prohibited conduct, and foster respectful peer interactions.
V. Promote Accountability
Collaborate with university partners to address violations effectively, implement
remedies, and prevent future occurrences through systemic improvements.
