Public Comment during a Task Force Subcommittee Hearing or Town Hall

The USF Consolidation Planning Study and Implementation Task Force is committed to promoting transparency and public input regarding USF accreditation consolidation. The Task Force sets aside time during subcommittee hearings for members of the public who wish to be heard regarding an issue within each subcommittee's substantive scope. Speakers must complete a public comment form specifying the substantive matter on which they wish to speak. These forms will be available at the staff table at each subcommittee hearing and must be returned to the staff table prior to the start of the meeting.

The Task Force will also hold three Town Halls, one at each USF campus. All USF faculty, staff, students, and community members are invited to share public comment about USF accreditation consolidation. Speakers must complete a public comment form. These forms will be available at the staff table and must be returned prior to the start of the meeting.

A group or organization wishing to address the subcommittee must designate a representative to speak on its behalf to ensure the orderly presentation of information. Individuals and representatives of groups will be allotted three minutes; however, this time limit may be extended or shortened (at the discretion of the Chair) depending upon the number of speakers.
