Electives for the four undergraduate programs

Allowed electives for the four undergraduate programs are described below.

Electives for the Computer Science and Computer Engineering programs

The program flow allows the undergraduate student to choose different elective courses in hardware, software, and/or theory to meet degree requirements. To assist the student in determining which courses will meet degree requirements the most recent elective list is 2017/2018. This list may not be all-inclusive and courses may be added or deleted as the faculty changes. A course which is required in one program may be an elective in another. Be sure to verify the course with the desired degree program. See the Department Advisor, John Morgan, for further information on allowable electives for the Computer Science and Computer Engineering programs.Note that Information Technology and Cybersecurity courses cannot be counted for credit for the Computer Science and Computer Engineering programs.

Electives for the Information Technology program

The program flow allows the undergraduate student to choose different electives in areas related to Information Technology. To assist the student in determining which courses will meet degree requirements the most recent elective list is 2017/2018. This list may not be all-inclusive and courses may be added or deleted as the faculty changes. Electives for the Cybersecurity program

The program flow allows the undergraduate student to choose different electives in areas related to Cybersecurity. To assist the student in determining which courses will meet degree requirements the most recent elective list is available from the Department advisor, John Morgan.
