Fit To U (And Your Group!)
Thank you for your interest in the USF Fit To U Private Group Fitness program. Please review the following FAQ's that will help guide you through the process of requesting a class for your group/organization. We look forward to working with you.
Step 1: Review the Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is Fit To U?
The Fit to U program provides customized group fitness classes to any specified on-campus
group. Classes can be one time only or re-occurring. Classes are led by a certified
group fitness instructor and are designed specifically for the group of participants
requesting the class(es). Fit to U can also provide educational workshops on a variety
of health and fitness related topics to your group. Lunch & Learn workshops will include
a one-hour educational seminar along with a healthy lunch.

Once your class has been scheduled you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to pay. We accept credit/debit payments, Interdepartmental Transfer and/or we can invoice your group/organization.
Re-occurring PGF classes must have a minimum of 4 sessions scheduled. Note: The minimum participant requirement for this type of class is six (6) participants.
3. What types of classes can I choose from?
The following classes are available for you to choose from: Yoga, Pilates, Strength,
Dance, and Group Cycle.
4. At what location are these classes held?
Classes are held at the Campus Recreation Center, the WELL Fitness Center, or at a
location of your choice. Facility reservation charges may apply for alternative rooms
inside the campus recreation main facility. If you choose to host the class at your
own location YOU are responsible for all reservations and setup of that space. Note:
Ideal locations for classes are those without carpet and with available space for
furniture to be moved aside.
5. Do I need to provide a sound system or any equipment for the class?
All music and music players including speakers are provided by the instructor if the
class is scheduled at the Campus Recreation Center or the WELL Fitness Center. If
a class is scheduled outside of Campus Recreation facilities, the requesting group
must provide speakers for the instructor to connect an media player to. NOTE: Participants
are encouraged to bring their own mats for Yoga and Pilates classes.
6. How do I make a request to have an instructor teach a private class for my group?
If you would like to make a request for a private class, please fill out the request form here. We cannot guarantee that every request received will be able to be filled; however,
we will make our best effort to secure an instructor/space to accommodate your request.
