Each apartment style unit offers four single bedrooms, a shared living area, full kitchen and two bathrooms.*Measurements listed below reflect a typical room and may vary slightly by by location.

Each resident is provided with:

  • Full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, sink, counterspace, and two counter stools
  • Furnished common living area with a couch

  • Bathroom: Sink located outside the enclosed bathroom, with a shower and toilet inside.

  • Laundry facility (Cypress E)
  • Study lounges throughout the buildings
  • Ethernet connection in-room and WiFi throughout the building
  • 250 Mbps average internet speed, with speeds up to 1Gbps
  • 24-hour, on-call emergency maintenance
  • Bathroom cleaning: Residents are responsible for cleaning their bathroom. Shower curtain liners are provided.
