Take frequent breaks while using the VR headset. If you experience nausea, discomfort, eye strain or disorientation, immediately stop using the VR headset. Do not use VR headsets while you are driving or walking. Do not use a VR headset if it will distract you from real-world situations and prevent you from obeying traffic or safety laws. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery immediately after using a VR headset if you feel impaired or disoriented.
