The Office of Financial Aid will provide services to help ensure your financial resources remain available while Student Financial Services will help with information on tuition, deadlines, deferments, cashier's office and other financial services.
Financial Aid
The Office of Financial Aid is open and available to assist with financing your enrollment at USF. Most of your questions can be answered online by visiting their website.
Tampa campus: You can call the office at 813-974-4700 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Currently, limited in person service is available in SVC 1102 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Sarasota-Manatee campus: Staff will be available to answer your calls from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday at 941-359-4459.
St. Petersburg campus: Call 727-873-4128 from 9:00 a.m. to noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m, Monday - Friday to speak with an office representative. Currently, limited in person service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday at BAY 105.
FINANCIAL EDUCATION
USF offers students financial literacy coaching and workshops offered by professional staff and well-trained peers. In these unprecedented times, all students can learn how to better manage their personal finances while in college and establish good habits and knowledge for a stronger financial future.

Student Financial Services
The Office of Student Financial Services is open and available to help with questions about tuition and fees, bill due dates, making payments, Florida Prepaid, student refunds, and many other student account topics. Most of your questions can be answered on our website.
Tampa campus: The Customer Service Team can be reached for questions by email (include student ID number) or by calling 813-974-6056 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Currently, the Customer Service team is available on campus in SVC 1039 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Payments by check or money order may be dropped off at the drop box outside of the SVC building (include your student ID number). Payments are no longer accepted at the Cashier's Office.
Sarasota-Manatee campus: In order to protect the health and well-being of the campus community, payments will no longer be accepted in person at the Sarasota-Manatee Cashier’s Office. Students may contact the Sarasota-Manatee Cashier’s Office either by phone or e-mail between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday with inquiries related to tuition and fees. The phone number for the Sarasota-Manatee Cashier’s Office is 941-359-4220; or please email (including your student ID number).
St. Petersburg campus: The Cashier's Office can be reached for questions by email (include student ID number) or by calling 727-873-4107 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Currently, the Cashier's Office will have representatives on campus in BAY132 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Payments will no longer be accepted in person.
