Kemal Kvakic is Vice President and IT Head of Innovation at Raymond James Financial, bringing over 20 years of experience leading technology strategy and delivering innovative IT solutions that drive business growth. He focuses on emerging technologies, digital transformation, and building collaborative teams that turn ideas into scalable, customer-focused solutions.

Kemal holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of South Florida. Previously, as Senior Director at HealthPlan Services, he led the development of web-based platforms for major healthcare providers, helping modernize systems and improve service delivery.

Andrea Nieto an attorney with nearly a decade of experience, she advises clients on a broad range of workplace matters, including employment discrimination, restrictive covenants, and regulatory compliance before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR).

Andrea has emerged as a trusted voice on the legal implications of artificial intelligence in the workplace and implementing the use of artificial intelligence in litigation. She counsels corporations on how to integrate AI responsibly while maintaining fair labor practices and meeting evolving legal obligations. Her work in this space spans hiring practices, employee management, workplace policy development, and litigation in the age of AI. Andrea has presented on generative AI topics for organizations including major banking institutions and the Association of Corporate Counsel. She is a member of GT's AI Champions team. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Chris Hatter is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive expertise in cybersecurity strategies, AI, risk management, compliance, and aligning security initiatives with business objectives. Chris is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at McAfee, where he leads all facets of McAfee's security program from Security Operations to Product Security. Chris started his career at Nielsen as an intern and in a 2010 and by 2017 was named Global CISO for the $10B+ global consumer intelligence company. Prior to joining McAfee, Chris was the COO of Qwiet.AI and Operating Partner at NumberOneAI where he and his team brought agentic AI to the AppSec world. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
