MPI Risk Perception Study
This Max Planck Institutes (MPI) funded study, led by Drs. Christoph Engel, Dan Nagin, and Bryanna Fox explores risk perceptions and social values among a rural jail population. This study builds upon a previous collaboration with the Pasco County Jail and consists of an intervention experiment, in which participants will be randomly assigned to a treatment group.
Participants at the Pasco County Jail are randomly matched with anonymous community participants and asked to complete a series of experiments based on their matched pairs.
Risk Perception Experiment Models
The MPI Risk Perception study consists of two experiments to explore how a guardian can impact risk perceptions and participants' decision-making.
