BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Peter R. Jensen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of South Florida. Dr. Jensen’s research interests lie in the intersections of communication, organizing, and epistemology. His writing has explored how social and cultural assumptions about the world manifest in everyday organizing practices, and he is particularly interested in how these assumptions impact how organizations make sense of their own agency. To explore these issues, Dr. Jensen draws on a mixture of ethnographic, rhetorical, and interview based methods. His work has been published in Management Communication Quarterly, Human Relations, Critical Sociology, and Communication Quarterly.
