BIOGRAPHY
Sidney Murray (M.A., Texas State University) is a doctoral student at USF studying communication within organizations specifically relating to identity, queerness, and the military. With an interest in applied communication, she has a certificate in Corporate Communication and created a training program for the Organizational Development and Communication department at Texas State University. Her experience with teaching has been teaching the Fundamentals of Human Communication (Texas State University) and Public Speaking (University of South Florida) where she focused on creating an engaged classroom where students feel comfortable and confident questioning material while applying the content to their life. She has previously presented at NCA, OCMC, SSCA, WSCA, and FCA on topics related to queerness, whiteness, and organizational values.
