MA in Liberal Arts, Humanities

The Master of Arts in Liberal Arts, Humanities track offers students an interdisciplinary approach to the study of European, American, and Latin American cultures. Classes integrate interpretations of the literature, arts, and music of each cultural period with an understanding of their social and historical contexts.

Curriculum Requirements

The MA in Liberal Arts requires a minimum of 33 credit hours. Complete degree requirements are available in the USF Graduate Catalog. The Humanities track consists of:

Core Courses (9 credit hours)

Elective Courses (18 credit hours)

Thesis/Non-Thesis (6 credit hours)
