Request for Approval of Greater than 9 Credits
Instruction
The maximum hours that the College of Arts and Sciences can cover for any tuition payment is nine (9) in the Fall and Spring semesters or six (6) in the Summer semester. If a student is requesting more than the standard required graduate hours, a justification is needed as to why the additional hours are needed prior to enrolling in them. Please be advised there are just few scenarios in which you would be enrolled in more than 9 credit hours. If you do not fall into the first two categories, you will have to provide a justification.
In all cases the form must be signed by your advisor before turning it in to Jennifer Johnson.
Follow these steps:
- Review handbook
- Complete form based on sample
- Save as PDF
- Sign via Docusign
- Forward to advisor to sign via DocuSign
- Turn in signed form with final semester schedule to Jennifer Johnson
