Free shipping for orders $10,000 or less.  
25% off shipping for orders $10,001 or greater.  
All hazardous and packaging charges are waived, regardless of the order amount. 

Supplier Return Policy:

All returns require preauthorization from your Bio-Rad Sales Rep or Account Manager. A nominal restocking fee may be charged for returned items, unless Bio-Rad is responsible for shipping the wrong item.

  • Damaged items: If an item has been damaged during shipment, please report the damage to Customer Service. Keep all containers and packing materials for inspection.  
  • Equipment returns: Equipment must be accompanied with a Bio-Rad decontamination certificate. 
  • Items shipped with dry or blue ice: Erroneously ordered items cannot be returned if they require shipment on dry or blue ice.
