This AI-powered robot suggests culturally relevant, brain-boosting meals for children based on age, health needs, and family preferences. Deployed in both home and restaurant settings, the robot uses large language models and real-time interaction to recommend recipes and enhance mealtime experiences.

AI-Driven Predictive Model for Climate-Resilient Farming

Co-designed with Florida farms, this model leverages real-time agricultural and climate data to help farmers adapt to climate challenges, select resilient crops, and improve yields while minimizing environmental impact. In addition to promoting climate resilience, the model supports regenerative farming and is particularly tailored for urban farming systems, aiming to enhance sustainability and protect the environment through efficient, data-driven agricultural practices.

Brain-Health Recipe Bank

We are compiling and curating a recipe database specifically focused on improving children’s neurological development. All recipes undergo scientific assessment and are tested in our food lab and Muma College of Business café.
